What a training in the skills.lab Arena can offer

Optimized pitch

The Arena has the shape of a hexagon and is equipped with high-quality artificial turf. On 320 m² players and coaches have enough space to train nearly all game-relevant situations. The space required for the entire Arena is 26 x 28 x 7.5 meters.

High-tech ball machines

Every Arena is equipped with four ball machines, fully designed and developed by Anton Paar. These ball machines create an unprecedented training experience with more than 360 balls played in 60 minutes. Parameters like rotation angle and speed can be easily adapted.

Here, the ball is still resting in one of the four ball machines. In just a few seconds, the next exercise begins. The yellow ball rollers slowly start moving and the ball gets ready for its next use.

Fully automatically, the ball is being put out flat or high, depending on the exercise. The ball can reach a speed of up to 130 km/h.

Good hit! Here the ball lands where it prefers to hit, right in the middle of the target. Then it disappears into the ditch under the turf. But where to?

While another ball is already preparing to enter the game, the played ball makes its way back to the ball machine via rails.

Training in the skills.lab Arena is in full swing, while in the background the ball lifts are already starting their work. Our ball is moved from the ball trenches to lofty heights.

From the exit of the ball lift, the ball then rolls into a ball tube, which is used to sort them directly back into the four ball machines.

The ball management systems takes care of the supply all by itself. Up to 200 balls can make it onto the turf in ten minutes.

The journey of the ball starts all over again. Is one of the ball machines equipped with too few balls, they supply each other with more.

Groundbreaking ball management

A smart ball management system guarantees a fully automatic training process. The training is highly efficient – no need to collect balls, the system cleans up after itself.
