First skills.lab Arena in the USA

In 2020, the first COPA Soccer Training Center will open at Shadelands Sports Mall in Walnut Creek near San Francisco.

On more than 9,000 square meters players will be able to experience a variety of training systems. COPA Innovation Laboratories, the owners of the innovative facility, not only sets new dimensions in terms of the size of the center, but also puts its trust on the world’s leading soccer training simulator – skills.lab Arena by Anton Paar SportsTec. The Arena will be built at the heart of the training center and deliver a unique soccer experience.

“Equipped with the world’s leading measuring technology the skills.lab Arena enables targeted and data-driven soccer training at every age and performance level”, says Johannes Tändl, General Manager of Anton Paar SportsTec. For him, the first Arena in North America is another important step in the expansion of the company.
