During the EURO 2024, the skills.lab Cube brought real football action to the fan zones in Munich and Berlin. Thousands of fans stepped inside to play, compete and climb the leaderboard, adding an interactive football experience to the heart of the tournament atmosphere.
A Unique Fan Experience.
From June 14 to July 14, 2024, two skills.lab Cubes were part of the official EURO 2024 fan zones in Munich and Berlin. Integrated into the Hisense™ brand spaces, they offered fans a fast and fun way to play, compete and win, featuring leaderboards and prizes.

For events like EURO 2024, the skills.lab team handles setup and dismantling from start to finish, ensuring a smooth experience for both fans and organizers.

Each day, the Cube ran in Event Mode with 24/7 remote system monitoring and support. Every participant completed a 60-second challenge followed by a 30-second changeover, enabling a continuous and efficient flow of players throughout the day.

Both systems were dismantled and returned on schedule. Immediately after the tournament, the Cubes were professionally disassembled and cleared from the fan zones within the planned timeframe.
How it works
The Event Mode is one of three available modes in the skills.lab Cube and was used at the EURO 2024 Fan Zones.
Fast-paced and easy to access, the Event Mode creates football moments for fans of all ages.
The system runs via tablet and can be handled by event staff without technical experience or prior training.
Names and contact details are entered in seconds. Then the game starts immediately.
Players see their score rise live during play. A leaderboard shows who is ahead and gives brands the chance to reward top performers.

As an official partner of the EURO 2024, Hisense™ used the skills.lab Cube to offer fans more than a product display: an immersive, competitive football experience. With a clear branding and daily competitions, the Cube became a central fan magnet.
The Cube drew hundreds of fans daily, with Hisense™ branding built directly into the experience.
Visitors didn’t just see a brand, they played for it. Every challenge was connected to Hisense™ leaderboards and prize incentives.
Participants registered via tablet, providing structured contact and engagement data for follow-ups and reporting.
From visual branding to prize setup, everything in the Cube was customizable and easy to adapt for Hisense™ promotions throughout the tournament.
